This hotel was a nightmare! I found multiple roaches in my room, and there was a disgusting smell throughout the entire stay. The lack of cleanliness was appalling, with the floors scratched and the bed uncomfortable. I also couldn’t get extra towels when I requested them, forcing me to wait until the next day!

Finally, I managed to find a room that was acceptable, though it required significant effort. Staff interactions varied significantly, impacting overall satisfaction.

The room was pretty worn out. Had scuffs everywhere, and the shower curtain was gross. There was leftover soap in the shower, and the furniture had some weird writing on it. The beds felt damp, like the sheets were still wet. It wasn't the best vibe, but for one night, we made it work. Oh, and the pool looked pretty questionable, too—not exactly refreshing on a hot day.
